Darwination Scans is a marvelous blog. Each post provides gorgeous scans of pages of magazines dating back to the turn-of-the-twentieth-century along with links to scans (in CBR format) of the full magazine featured. You can see very early pulp magazines, magazines devoted to Western stories, an old issue of Liberty and another of the Saturday Evening Post, lots of police, detective and crime magazines (and comics), romance, a "Jive Talk" dictionary from 1945, an issue of "Farmer's Wife" (!?!) magazine and, of course, "Captain Billy's Whiz Bang". It is a curated treasure trove with fascinating scanned material and interesting commentary. You really should take a look.
